Lol, I remember reading that somewhere. Although, I do admit, lots of games still don't let your character jump on command -.-

They are similar to previous games in the series, but use 3D models. Each game will each have its own theme, either Fire, Water, or Electric depending on the game. SoH News / Pokémon Mystery Dungeon WiiWare Games
« on: July 19, 2009, 06:31:19 PM »
Three new Pokémon games have been announced for WiiWare, following the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. These games are Onward! Flame Rescue Team, Go! Storm Rescue Team, Dream! Light Rescue Team. They are to be released on August 4th in Japan for 1200 Wii Points. They will feature similar gameplay to the other Mystery Dungeon Games, but will use 3D graphics such as those from Pokémon Ranch.

Each game will feature Fire, Water, and Electric starters respectively. You will be able to pick your starter, rather than by taking a personality test. Also, in contrast to other Mystery Dungeon titles, you will be able to evolve before the end of the game, even in mid-dungeon. Enemies can apparently do this too. Another new feature is the "Pokémon Tower" feature. You can tell your Pokémon to climb on top of each other to form a tower, in which their abilities will be drastically increased. But enemies can do this too.

This game will also have connectivity to the DS and online play, similar to that in Explorers of Time and Darkness.

My site has finally come online in a subdomain of N-Masters. I am very thankful for all who have helped me throughout this really long time span of working on this site. One of the most prominent was none other than the admin of N-Masters, Link-NM, who did the vast majority of the coding for my new site. I would also like to thank Zelinxia for being a Mod in the past, and hope you will continue to do your job in the future.

Thanks again to everyone, please visit us at our home page.

NM News / Re: That old Nintendo Patent in Action

I have to kind of agree, it will take the challenge out of the game... but it IS optional, so let's all try to resist the temptation to use it.

NM News / That old Nintendo Patent in Action
« on: July 06, 2009, 04:22:16 PM »
It has been confirmed that New Super Mario Bros. Wii will feature "skip functionality", where the player will have the option to pause the game and have the game automatically play for them. It's an interesting way to vary the difficulty for players who can't normally complete the game, but allow veterans to continue playing the way they want. Nintendo also plans to include this in future DS games.

This is most likely the patent Nintendo filed a while ago, for a system where players could skip hard parts of the game.

NM News / New Zelda for Wii will not be "Radically Different"
« on: July 02, 2009, 07:26:54 PM »
One would think that with the addition of the Wii MotionPlus, and with Miyamoto on the team, the new Zelda for the Wii would be quite different from the other installments in the series.

Apparently, that is not the case.

Miyamoto told Nintendo Power: "I don't think it's going to be that radically different,"

Perhaps he's being modest, and perhaps he's being honest. We'll see eventually.

NM News / A New Picture of Link from Zelda Wii
« on: June 04, 2009, 11:29:27 PM »
The first concept art of Link from Zelda Wii has been released. He is looking like he did in Twilight Princess, and it seems as if a more realistic Queen Fairy from The Wind Waker is standing with him. She has some similarities with the Master Sword. This could be an important imagery. Link is lacking a sword in the picture. They are both standing before what appears to be a blown-up hole in the wall.
