Are there no spoiler tags like in the other forum?

Ok, it was a little unpresice and shortly vague telled, but you're telling the story with no spoiler announcement or anything. If someone wants a spoiler for real, better ask me.

Agreed, great game, one of the first (if not the first) action RPG, that is some useful informatin about it.

Emulator talk is good.

What's bad is

1 - Give Roms.
2 - Give links to Roms
3 - Give links to sites with Roms.

Alright, come on Gamemaniac, you can play some lousy stuff, and still play it for long time, Tales of Phantasia is a great game, want some proofs? every game by Namco that starts with the name "Tales of...." is a continuation of the series started by THIS GAME, so you can bet it's good, and if you haven't played an action RPG you should (not saying you have or not), they're very different and it's a great gameplay style, Tales of Phantasia is obviously "2-D, but even since PS this gameplay has got into 3-D, Tales of Symphonia for it, or Star Ocean series for PS and forward.

Played it and finished it level 99 with all stuff, a long time ago on emulator, that's why I looked for the PS version, it has some extra stuff, but as stated before, I can't use it properly, I got stuck about at 3 hours of playing because I understood nothing.

You mean like :-\... The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past? --- where you have the basic things are the same but also have added new details? =P

[And, if so.. can the game be played in a source of cooperative mode? :-\]
